a. Check WiFi password

c.Try compatible pairing mode
Q: 2)Why the device offline after successful connected?
a. Whether the equipment power connected or not
b. Whether the equipment has a power cut or internet cut? If yes,need 2-3 mins to reconnected.
c. Whether the network, where the equipment located stable? Then you can connect your mobile or Ipad with the same network,then try to open the web page.
d. Whether the home Wi-Fi network is working or not.
e. If the network is working, thus the device still offline, please check there are too many Wi-Fi connected? Your can try to restart the router, reset the device power,then wait 2-3 mins to check the device.
f. If all above ways tried and still problem exist, suggest to remove the device, then re-add
